Once your order has been dispatched, you may be required to pay customs duties, tariffs, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility, and Blushed Bow is not responsible for any of these extra fees.

The estimated shipping times provided on our website are only approximate and based on average delivery periods. Delays can occur due to customs processing, postal service issues, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Blushed Bow is not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost parcels that may occur during transit.

Although these matters are beyond our control, we understand that shipping issues can be stressful. If you experience any problem with your delivery, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist and support you in resolving the situation.

Payments must be confirmed before an order is processed. Each bouquet is handmade and created specifically for you once your order has been placed, so cancellations or changes cannot be made after payment has been received.

Every product is carefully handcrafted, which means no two items are exactly the same. Slight differences in colour, shape, or design may occur compared to the images shown on our website. These small variations are part of the handmade process and are what make each piece unique and special.

We do not offer refunds once payment has been made. The only exception is if a parcel is returned to us for a valid reason, such as an undeliverable address or refusal by customs. In such cases, we may issue a partial refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping and handling costs.

If a parcel is returned without a valid reason or without prior communication with us, no refund will be provided. Please make sure all delivery information is entered correctly at the time of purchase to avoid issues.
