Shipping, Delivery, and Customs

Once your order has been dispatched, it may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, VAT, or other charges depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer. Blushed Bow is not responsible for paying, reimbursing, or managing these charges.

Shipping times provided on our website are estimates only and are based on average delivery periods. Delays may occur due to customs processing, postal service disruptions, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control. Once a parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Blushed Bow is not responsible for any delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit.

If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist where possible. However, delivery-related issues caused by third parties remain outside our responsibility.


Orders, Payments, and Handmade Items

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed. All bouquets are handmade and created specifically for each order. For this reason, cancellations, changes, or modifications cannot be made once payment has been received.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, each item is unique. Minor variations in colour, shape, or arrangement may occur and may differ slightly from website images. These variations are a natural part of the crafting process and are not considered defects.


Returns, Refunds, and Unclaimed Parcels

Refunds are not offered once payment has been made. The only exception is if a parcel is returned to us for a valid reason, as assessed and determined by Blushed Bow.

In such cases, Blushed Bow reserves the right to determine whether a partial refund will be issued. Any approved refund will exclude original shipping costs and service fees. Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.


Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized transactions, chargeback abuse, or any activity intended to harm Blushed Bow.

If an order is identified as high risk for chargeback or fraudulent activity, we may be unable to proceed with shipping. In such cases, we will contact the customer to arrange an alternative payment method. If a secure payment option cannot be confirmed, the order will not be shipped.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first contacting us to attempt resolution may result in permanent refusal of future orders and may be reported to the relevant payment provider.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal, payment, and shipping information at checkout. Blushed Bow is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


Changes to Terms

Blushed Bow reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or placement of an order constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


Privacy

Any personal information collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Blushed Bow does not sell, rent, or misuse customer data.
